Hanging out

I have not done an update in forever. Here's what we've been up to the last couple of months ( in reverse order because that's how they loaded and I don't feel like fixing it. ) Ender's friend Michael wanted to come visit. He came last year and saw all of what Muncie has to offer so this time we met in Chicago for a weekend. Michael picked (and mostly paid) for the hotel and it was awesome. 

It had amazing views of the city and Lake Michigan

We recently learned about geocaching and had to find one in Chicago. 

There is some great art down by the lake. This is their, "AHH it's gonna eat us! " pose.

Jacob just wanted to touch the water.

Then he tripped and fell in. It was a cold day.

But don't worry, he dried off in the sand. 

 A couple weeks ago Muncie had a farm days event.We didn't hear about it last year until it was over so we had to go this year. We met friends there and saw others there as well. Jacob had the best time! There was tons to do and see. Just about every photo I took that day came out blurry because Jacob was too excited to stay still.

Jacob was amazed at the size of this guy. Actually I was too. It was pretty amazing.

They had a ton of these set-ups to take pics with (mostly farmers and different animals) but this was by far my favorite.  Jacob doesn't do the whole this is for boys/girls thing. He doesn't discriminate at all. All that matters to him is how fun it looks.

He got to milk a cow, which he was very nervous about.

Jacob got a football, snowball maker for Christmas from Grandma Lori and Grandpa Troy. He had been dying to play with it but the snow we'd gotten so far didn't stick very well so the balls fell apart before we could get them out. We had one last great snow fall before Ender's spring break. We went sledding and then finally got to make some footballs. We are actually looking forward to next years snow so we can sled more and make more snowballs. We had such a great time!
