So You Think We Can Blog?

First stop on our Christmas visit this year was St. George, Utah.  Jacob and I stayed with my parents for about a month while Ender finished up his semester and then headed to Cambodia for some psychology work. It's always fun to go back to St. George to visit our family, friends, and house.  Clearly Christmas was 6 month ago and we are only 2 weeks away from being in St. George once again.  I am definitely behind on what's been going on with us and would like to get caught up before we have another big move to be writing about. That means this post will have lots of pictures and very few words. Jacob loved the train in the kids room. He's a typical boy who loves trains, cars, trucks, planes, and buses. We went on a second trip to, Tetela de Volcan and Yecapixtla, with Ender's school soon after the first one.  The email said we would go see the near by volcano which sounded pretty cool. We got to town after an hour and a half-ish bus drive. The first thing we did was go on a tour of an old church. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do this photo challenge because I was afraid I wouldn't complete it. Well I didn't complete it but I lived to tell the tale and maybe next time I try a photo challenge I will complete it and then again maybe not. I will say this: it is so much easier to do a photo challenge when you have a camera phone. I cannot wait to have one again! I have missed out on so many awesome photos of day to day life in Mexico,  especially on walks around our neighborhood, because I don't have a camera phone. It's just not very convenient to take a camera with you everywhere. Also I should not have chosen to do a photo challenge in a month where Ender would be gone two weekends in a row. The second weekend he was gone was when this challenge went out the window.
